We offer different sizes of equipment. For big volume production and for smaller businesses, who wish to work with superior technology, for building materials production. Professional builders using light weight foam concrete for building and insulation purpose for many years.

All equipment( foam generator,concrete mixer etc. *forms not included*) is loaded and shipped on the single truck and can be installed within one hour.Portland cement Portland is used for foam concrete production.Any foam can be used, that is adapted for process of foam concrete production. This equipment is meant to produce foam concrete from 400to 1200kg/m3, with production speed from 3m3 per hour and up.
There is no waste in production and no production timing. Our equipment is environmentally friendly.

Eighth plus - Fireproofing Foam concrete products is a very good fire proofing material. (Laboratory tested).That's why this material is best if used in fire proof structures. Any rebar inside of foam concrete is protected from high heat better then in regular concrete. Tests are conducted in Australia with foam concrete and proven that 150 mm foam concrete is fireproofed up to 4 hr.
